Description
Introducing the all new UK Barrow Conversions Raptor Bait Boat!
The Raptor bait boat is a large size boat suitable for larger waters and ideal for those European trips. They are in stock, No back order or waiting required and will be shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed (Excluding weekends of course!)
The Boat has 2 large hoppers capable of holding up to 6kgs of combined weight. The boat has been designed around being a top load rig design which makes your life so much easier. They have GPS and Sonar as standard. Sonar has a range of 500m (Same as the remote itself) and a depth range of 100ft. The sonar is a full colour display and the display operates on the screen as you navigate the boat. It can be paused so you can closely inspect a feature or turned off entirely.
The GPS is incredibly accurate, Quoted to be within 1m but we often found it to be even closer than this. You can save up to 900 spots using a feature in the menu. Essentially you can save up to 30 different locations (Used for different lakes you may visit) and you can save 30 spots per location. The boat has a full autopliot feature when navigating under GPS where it will open hoppers and return home once you ask it to navigate to your desired saved point.
The handset is a 2 handed controller colour matched to the boat. It will display both the boat and remote voltage, Water temp, Air temp and distance to and from home point and GPS spot. From the handset you have a lot of adjustment and you can really fine tune a lot on the boat. You adjust the speed of the boat which can be as slow as 1m/s and a max of 2m/s .
The boats are also supplied with a camo bag for the boat, Camo bag for the remote and a tripod for your remote.
We supply these boats with 1 year UK based warranty.
These are twin battery and you can charge the batteries using a port on the boat meaning you do not need to remove them which is certainly handy! Battery life is 4-5 hours. Constructed from ABS meaning it is a very robust boat.
Dimensions - 69cm(L) 44cm(W) 26cm(H)
The Underwater cameras are 2 piece unit consisting of the camera display screen and the actual winch cam itself. The Winch cam attaches onto the handle of your UKBC Raptor or Gowi osprey bait boat. The Screen can either be left as it is or secured to the top of your remote.
Once installed you will need to go into the menu and select option 13 (other settings and cycle through until you see the "CAM" option. You need to select + in order to power the camera. Once this is done you can power the camera all through the remote and control and operate the winch.
Some people may argue that a winch cam is cheating, But lets not lie, Being able to see what is beneath you is fantastic. Sonar is handy but a winch cam will give you a true perspective of what lies below and you can check your baited spot, rigs etc to see if you are happy with where you are fishing.
You can also add an SD card into the screen so you can record what you see so that you can play back if you see something of interest.
The camera has a range of 150m and a depth range of 20m
