Introducing the new UKBC Raptor MK3 with touch screen all in one remote and Toslon TF520 sonar.
The Raptor bait boat is a large size boat suitable for larger waters and ideal for those European trips.
The Boat has 2 large hoppers capable of holding up to 6kgs of combined weight. The boat has been designed around being a top load rig design which makes your life so much easier. They have GPS and Toslon TF520 Sonar as standard. Sonar has a range of 500m (Same as the remote itself) and a depth range of 100ft. The sonar is a full colour display and the display operates on the screen as you navigate the boat. It can be paused so you can closely inspect a feature or turned off entirely.
The GPS is incredibly accurate, Quoted to be within 1m but we often found it to be even closer than this. You can save up to 2277 spots using a feature in the menu. Essentially you can save up to 99 different locations (Used for different lakes you may visit) and you can save 23 spots per location. The boat has a full autopilot feature when navigating under GPS where it will open hoppers and return home once you ask it to navigate to your desired saved point.
The handset is a 2 handed drone style controller . It will display both the boat and remote voltage, Water temp, Air temp and distance to and from home point and GPS spot. From the handset you have a lot of adjustment and you can really fine tune a lot on the boat. You adjust the speed of the boat which can be as slow as 1m/s and a max of 2m/s .
The boats are also supplied with a camo bag for the boat and a tripod for your remote.

These are twin battery and you can charge the batteries using a port on the boat meaning you do not need to remove them which is certainly handy! Battery life is 4-5 hours. Constructed from ABS meaning it is a very robust boat.

This pre order also includes the new 360 degree rotational winch camera! This displays through the remote with a touch screen pad to control operation. The camera has a range of 150m and a depth range of 20m

Q: Whats the difference between the Raptor and the Raptor MK3
A: On the boat the sonar and mother boards are different. The main difference is the remote, the MK3 has a much larger screen with the option to expand the sonar to full screen. The screen is touch screen. If you purchase the 360 degree camera the image from the camera is seen on your remote screen and the winch is controlled on the touch screen also.
Q: Can I upgrade my Raptor or Gowi Osprey MK2 to a MK3
A: Yes but we do not have an exact price for this yet but estimated to be around £800
Q: Is it worth paying more for the MK3 rather than the Raptor
A: In our opinion its only worth buying the MK3 if you plan on buying the 360 degree camera at some point as the Raptor is a very proven boat.
